What a view can contain.
A view can combine pages that allow embedding with content you make in DisplayStation. The same tools are included in the license.

Screens
Publish one view, or a different view per screen.
You assign each screen a view and publish when something should change. Several screens can share a view. A locked screen shows the published view and has no editing controls.

Practical questions
What does the license include?
One license covers screen management, publishing, and content production for the screens you choose, from 10 to 500 in groups of 10. It does not include physical screens.
What equipment do we need?
A computer to create and publish content, and a screen that can run the Android player or a browser set up for playback. On company-owned Android devices, the managed player can start when the device boots. That does not switch the display on. DisplayStation does not supply the screen.
Which pages and formats can a screen show?
Web pages that allow embedding, including many dashboards, presentations, and status pages. The content tools can make a text poster, clock and date, countdown, image gallery, uploaded video, YouTube or Vimeo, RSS feed, PDF, and QR code. Uploaded video plays muted. A page or video that blocks embedding cannot be forced in.
Can different screens show different content?
Yes. Each screen is assigned a view. Several screens can share one view, and others can have their own. A view is either in display mode or interactive. Screens that share a view also share that choice.
What still works if the network drops?
The player keeps the last verified view. Content files that are already cached continue to play. Pages from other sites need a connection, and so does a feed or video that is not stored locally.
How is the price calculated?
The smallest license is 10 screens at €50 a month. Up to 100 screens the price is €5 per screen each month. From screen 110 the rate is €42 per additional 10 screens up to 250, then €34 per additional 10 up to 500. Each rate applies only inside its own band. A year costs the same as ten months. Prices exclude VAT.
What is not included?
There is no campaign calendar and no play log. DisplayStation does not bypass embedding restrictions. Physical screens are not included. Sync between computers is not active in this version.
